Last Friday, Sequoia Capital announced that it has partnered with Legend Capital to invest in Chinese tutoring service company Wanxue Education. The total investment was in the range of $10 million and the two investors will each receive approximately 10% stake of Wanxue. Founded in 2006, Wanxue provides tutoring services for college students preparing for graduate school entrance exams.
