When we met with Kevin to discuss getting into business together, we went back through our inboxes and discovered invitations to events we had received in the prior month. All of the the invitations were from Eventbrite, so we started calling a bunch of the organizers. It was stunning to listen to the firsthand accounts of these customers describing how much they loved Eventbrite and invariably how they had never used a software solution before. They had used pen and paper and spreadsheets to try to organize their events and it was painful for them. Eventbrite was just a much better solution.
