We flew across country to West Virginia solely to meet Frank because of the terrific things we had been hearing about him. It was a happenstance kind of meeting at Panera Bread. We learned that Frank is a doctor, a pharmacist, and a businessman all in one. We got an education on the U.S. healthcare system, and learned about where care delivery was falling short and where it was heading. Then he laid out the vision for how MedExpress would become the entry-point for patient healthcare. They’ve been executing on that vision ever since and are well on their way to creating something very valuable.
