NetScreen was in a very scary, crowded space. But every time paranoia set in that competitors were catching up, Feng would say, “OK, you know the Neptune chip we had? Well, now we have the Pluto chip which is two times faster!” They just kept moving the bar higher and higher, year after year, and out-executed everyone else in the market. The team was simply phenomenal.
