(Nasdaq: ARUN – ) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. All of the shares to be sold in the offering are to be sold by the company. Aruba Networks has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock. Aruba Networks’ common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ARUN”.
