Growing up with New York’s dynamism, I’ve always had a passion for understanding and connecting with people. That’s a big reason why I love this space.

Throughout my life, I’ve also had a fire to compete at the highest level. I’m sure this has something to do with being in the middle between two brothers. It’s why I surround myself with people who are smarter than I am and have traits I’d love to develop. I’m energized standing beside founders who are giving their lives to that one thing.

Since 2021, I’ve been partnering with teams across sectors and geographies. After working together for years, I joined Sequoia to help founders have the best resources imaginable to build legendary companies disrupting the fabric of their markets.

Founders are the real heroes, finding new and interesting ways to do anything but repeat the past. You live in discomfort and find fuel in asking why.

I’ve continued to be most excited by founder stories. There’s usually a moment when the only path forward is playing to win.

Life is full of change. Each day, it’s my relationships that provide the most meaning. I have true loyalty to people who see something others don’t before it becomes obvious. I can’t imagine a more incredible journey than that.
