When we first met
Clara and Steve founded the company out of Stanford. Clara's best selling book, "The Facebook Era", had already made her into a social media thought leader. At Salesforce, she product managed the first integration between an enterprise app and Facebook. This gave her a crystal clear view for how businesses should communicate with social media. One meeting is all it took for us to know that we wanted to be in business with the two of them. Within 48 hours, we had figured out how we could work together. We had this incredibly strong sense of confidence in a person who had already established herself as an authority and a wonderful, wonderful technical co-founder in Steve.
