Ricardo Oliveira

We first met Mohit and Ricardo in 2011. They were a team of two, both with PhDs in computer science from UCLA, and tied together perfectly—Mohit was ambitious and daring, Ricardo soft spoken and thoughtful. They didn’t have a pitch deck—just a handful of graphics on “internet tomography,” an NSF grant and a vision for how to establish a tomography framework for the internet. We were impressed by their technical knowledge, strong mission and pioneering vision. In a few days, we became their first investor on the Seed round.
