I happened to be at the Steve Jobs commencement speech at Stanford in 2005. That’s when I took everything I owned and invested it in Apple.
My parents were both powerful influences in my life. My dad taught me how to connect with people. My mom taught me how to be a good saver and make good decisions.
We can invest in anything. We are encouraged not to have limits.
Investing is trusting someone with your money and believing that they’ll use it to produce something that gives you more money back. That’s what I love.

Taking risks can pay off in a valuable way. That’s something I try to integrate more especially in my personal life.
I am trying be bolder but also calm. Once I get behind an idea I can get too excited. I need to be bold, and let things play out the way they’re supposed to and adapt accordingly.
