Job Description / Skills Required

     Act as first point of contact for employees on Admin related activities.

·     Managing administrative activities that involve purchase of office equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety and security

·     Work with Vendors to make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for department staff and incoming visitors and visa processing.

·     Housekeeping management- Ensuring proper hygienic of the office premises, safety measures of the employees, quarterly pest control, maintain routine & weekly check lists.

·     Catering management: work with food vendors to ensure safe,hygienic,tasty food at competitive cost for employees

·     Assets management- Managing various assets like laptops, data cards, desktops, etc.

·     Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and bring about awareness among the employees regarding the same.

·     Shall be a SPOC for all event, meetings, conferences,

·     Responsible for Up keeping office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.

·     Responsible for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.

·     Work with landlords, real estate consultants to get best possible rates for workspaces.
