Job Description / Skills Required

Key Responsibilities:
 Drive revenue in the top and enterprise customers (>USD 500M revenue)for
Capillary’s Loyalty and Customer Engagement solutions.
 Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with the demand generation team
and the partner ecosystem.
 Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to progressing the opportunity
and closing the sale.
 Get a deep understanding of the customers business challenges, their impact and how
Capillary’s offerings can help overcome the challenges.
 Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the
best implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.
 Be an excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration between all teams
for ensuring customer success.
Qualifications & Experience:
 8+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years of experience in selling SAAS solutions
to large enterprises.
 Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
 Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
 Has the ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/
Business/Department Heads)
 Has an entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision making skills
 Graduate with preferably an MBA from a top ranked institution
