Job Description / Skills Required
Drive revenue in the top and enterprise customers (>USD 500M revenue)for
Capillary’s Loyalty and Customer Engagement solutions.
Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with the demand generation team
and the partner ecosystem.
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to progressing the opportunity
and closing the sale.
Get a deep understanding of the customers business challenges, their impact and how
Capillary’s offerings can help overcome the challenges.
Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the
best implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.
Be an excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration between all teams
for ensuring customer success.
Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years of experience in selling SAAS solutions
to large enterprises.
Proven record of driving results in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
Has the ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/
Has an entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision making skills
Graduate with preferably an MBA from a top ranked institution
