We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to place in our Jakarta – Indonesia office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as social media, emails, digital campaigns, events, and partners
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product, sales, performance marketing, customer marketing) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content 
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or a similar role at least 2 years
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as /Social media, etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with marketing software is a plus
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent
