Gong is looking for a Program Director, Revenue Operations to report to our VP of Revenue Operations, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other business leaders across the organization on programs that will help scale our fast-growing business.

  • Own Revenue processes, workflow creation, re-engineering, and productivity improvement initiatives from ideation to execution, including requirements-gathering, design, build, measurement, and iteration
  • Active involvement in scaling the business across key verticals, international markets, and managing related key initiatives
  • Develop programs for tracking key Sales metrics, and the methods to analyze and identify key takeaways and actions
  • Work with extended leadership to align their objectives and team communications in support of Revenue strategy and ensure progress is being made in a timely manner
  • Ensure up-to-date status on inventory of critical path projects, project status, and variations from schedule or scope are clear to Revenue Leadership
  • Ensure and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration for relevant projects
  • Work closely with the Revenue teams to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions


  • 10+ years of experience in a Go-To-Market or Revenue Operations role at a technology company, with demonstrable experience designing processes and automation
  • Effective analytical and project management skills to deliver well-orchestrated programs and related enablement, while addressing the needs of competing priorities and deadlines
  • A broad range of experience across Go-To-Market or Revenue Operations including process analysis and re-engineering, leading large-scale global programs, implementing and using various Sales productivity tools (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, etc.), enablement, and supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing partners and stakeholders
  • Strong initiative including actively seeking solutions to problems, proactively suggesting process improvements, and looking for new ways to contribute to the business
  • A history of simplifying tough problems in complex environments in ways that enable impacted teams to align and amplify the work
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity
  • Strong business acumen; able to translate high-level business challenges into detailed requirements and solution designs
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organization skills: experience managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks
