Role : Marketing Function Head
Job Location : BLR
Leads the Marketing Function, providing operational oversight and sets medium to long-term tactical direction for managing the entire marketing life cycle for all product(s) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Researches and analyses market conditions, and identifies key consumer trends and opportunities (OBPPC). Determines product features, pricing & marketing channels. Uses market feedback to evaluate brand, and drives present/future brand direction.
Build and execute the Marketing framework, strategic and tactical playbook for making Practo a dominant consumer brand
Build a coherent brand around “Your home for health” for Practo across the different products and SBUs
Bring in professional user segmentation and research as core to drive data driven market segmentation and GTM in every aspect of marketing and Product
Bring in media mode and media burn experience to eliminate trial and error and evolution to basic levels when it comes to media and messaging mix and burn optimisation for roi / impact
Lead , mentor and develop the Practo marketing team in terms of subject matter expertise , user understanding and numbers, effectiveness speed and growth hack on the digital side
