Practo is looking for a L&D Specialist :-
Learning & Development :
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Facilitate classroom / virtual training programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Work closely with Sales & Ops training teams to standardize programs.
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Maintain and publish monthly, quarterly and yearly L&D dashboards.
Run and manage the R&R program
Manage Town Hall events
Own the GPTW event
Own and run new initiatives
Maintain and publish monthly, quarterly and yearly Engagement dashboards.
Relevant experience of 4-6 years as an L&D & engagement specialist,
Familiar and working knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Able to facilitate behavioral training programs
Experience of designing leadership programs.
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build an excellent rapport with employees and vendors
Assertive communication and ability to influence without authority
BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
Professional certification (DISC/MBTI/Hogan/etc) is a plus
