As an FP&A Manager, you will be joining an extremely agile organization that supports the business by providing critical insights using analytics. This role will support the enhancement and refining of the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes. S/he is responsible for aiding in the successful execution of our strategy through sound business planning and reporting.

Six Month Expectations 

  • Create, update, and publish monthly revenue forecasts for all business segments
  • Own the forecast consolidation process, including revenue, expenses, and cash
  • Generate timely and accurate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives
  • Assist with investor materials, including Board presentations and investor requests
  • Establish and maintain forecast accuracy KPIs to continuously reduce variation and improve the forecasting process
  • Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely data
  • Drive accountability in the organization while still maintaining trust and effective business relationships
  • Become familiar with Glossier’s brand, culture, values, and existing financial processes

Twelve+ Month Expectations

  • Evolve the company-wide revenue forecast process, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Develop KPIs and analyses to track metrics such as cash flow and working capital management
  • Evolve the cash, inventory, working capital, and capital expenditure forecasting processes
  • Drive automation throughout both the forecasting and reporting processes
  • Use internal databases to build key business reports and dashboards that can be leveraged by Senior Management
  • Maintain detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic plans
  • Contribute to Glossier’s success through sponsorship of positive partnerships with staff across the organization
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Passionate about Glosser’s mission and values of being inclusive, devoted to the customer, curious, courageous, and discerning
  • 4+ years' of investment banking / consulting and FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in creating and scaling financial operations with best in class practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong and persuasive communication skills with the ability to create clarity within the organization
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to succeed
