We’re searching for an experienced Systems Engineer to help own the requirements definition, implementation and governing of our ERP ecosystem. 


In this role, you will

  • As part of the IT team, engage with business partners from Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Fleet to scope and deliver projects and technology in the areas of ERP system implementations.
  • Systems SME for IT implementations of business processes and systems in the areas of Quote To Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Quality and Supplier Collaboration.
  • Lead and work with IT and business partners for system integrations, data analysis (master data management) and reporting in the ERP domain.
  • Manage and implement technical and business processes solutions in the ERP systems.
  • Work with product vendors (ERP platforms) and internal IT groups to facilitate IT systems management , system upgrades , cloud-local hosting hybrid models and system integrations in ERP domain. 



  • In-depth implementation experience and knowledge of business process in the areas of Quote To Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Quality and Supplier Collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing ERP systems (like Plex) and relevant modules like Inventory Management and Sales Order management (related accounting) , BOM Management , Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing -wip, Costing etc., in a phased manner and thus enabling best-in-class solutions, systems and processes.
  • Good knowledge of technical systems architecture and business process for IT systems integrations in the ERP systems integrations landscape (PLM, CRM , Purchasing Systems, Manufacturing Systems etc.).
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to learn new systems (technical and functional) in the ERP IT Systems landscape 
  • Team player with excellent verbal/written skills and ability to influence teams/plans to achieve incremental roadmap strategic goals and project deliverables.



  • Knowledge of multiple ERP systems and modules (Plex preferred). Willingness to learn new systems and play a technical and functional role for the implementations.
  • Exposure to CRM and related ERP/CRM process for implementation.
  • Domain knowledge in High-Tech, Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing (pilot manufacturing environment).
  • Good SQL skills and/or exposure to JAVA/Python.
