As a Senior Customer Account Executive, you'll fill a key role in growing our customer base and spreading the Gong gospel.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hunt and close expansion opportunities within current account base.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments.
- Crush your quota.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience up-selling, cross-selling and hunting net new business.
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Solution oriented and love a good challenge
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
