Noom is looking for a Senior Product Designer passionate about solving complex problems and building creative, elegant solutions that positively impact the lives of our users. You’ll work closely with fellow designers, engineers, PMs, researchers, and leadership to understand opportunities and problems, devise and test solutions, and implement a wide variety of beautiful and functional products for our users.

As Senior Product Designer, you will be:

  • Owning design for a specific portion of the product
  • Creating high-performance designs that both solve user needs and hit business goals
  • Contributing to team planning and feature strategy
  • Creating UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel perfect UI
  • Facilitating and participating in workshops and brainstorming sessions
  • Partnering with engineers to bring designs to life
  • Creating constant iterative improvements based on real-world feedback and data
  • Sharing your experience and knowledge with fellow designers
  • Contributing to and utilizing design systems
  • Using data and user research findings in your work
  • Constantly learning from colleagues, peers, mentors, and reading
  • Contributing to design team culture and being a 

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in a design field, including digital design, user interaction, HCI, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ of years experience designing world-class, customer-centric apps and web
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating your problem solving process, ability and work that drives results
  • Fluency in Figma design and prototyping, bonus for motion design work in After Effects and Lottie
  • Experience working closely with PMs and engineers, and being the team’s champion and voice of the user when creating a feature
  • The ability to understand and systematically unpack complex problems, identify opportunities, and turn that into actionable plans
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced startup
