In March 2021, Attentive announced a Series E investment and is backed by Coatue, Bain Capital Ventures, Sequoia, IVP, and other leading venture firms. 
We are looking for an energetic and motivated team player with a proven professional and technical background to help lead the ongoing development and maintenance of Attentive’s Salesforce platform. You will also work cross-departmental to understand other business processes internally and how we leverage the Salesforce platform to address those business needs.
This role will report to the Sales Operations team. 


    • Administer and support Attentive’s Salesforce platform of 700+ users
    • Collecting and analyzing feedback from internal end users to help inform the team's priorities and roadmap
    • Create fields, objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflow processes, and more to address and improve new and existing business needs
    • Experience in building and maintaining a strong data governance infrastructure
    • Monitor data quality on an ongoing basis to identify issues before they become major problems
    • Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
    • Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required
    • Manage a complex database infrastructure that integrates with several cross-functional systems and ensure data integrity
    • Support integrations and 3rd party applications and solutions
    • Document all processes, workflows, and field management for key users and internal teams

Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a administrator
    • 1 - 2 years experience as a Business Analyst (preferred)
    • Administration experience in a large Salesforce environment with over 700 users
    • Salesforce Administrator Certified (required)
    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred)
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
    • Flow Experience 
    • CPQ Experience (preferred)
    • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
    • BS/BA required
