Location 

At Dashlane, depending on your role, you'll be able to opt to work from the office or remotely. Due to legal constraints, now Dashlane can only hire remotely in one of the three countries we have offices (Portugal, France and the USA). 

This position’s location is flexible within the US, and you can also opt to work from our New York office. 

At Dashlane you will:   

Dashlane is seeking an experienced, motivated, and data-driven Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will assist in the support of managing our daily operations of the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to enable the marketing organization to hit its ambitious goals. 
 
The ideal candidate will bring expertise on establishing a solid foundation to support scalable processes and reporting needs for high growth, in our SaaS organizations. This is an awesome opportunity to play a pivotal role in our org, directly impacting Dashlane’s revenue and supporting the optimization of our marketing funnel. 

Who you are:  

You can use data to tell a story, which you deliver through elegant reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to help others understand your message. 

This individual contributor will help support and document the connection of the customer journey between all our marketing systems (partnering with the revenue operations team) and assisting with all marketing reporting. 

Requirements  

  • 2+ years' experience in enterprise B2B operations 
  • 2+ years domain expertise and hands on experience working with Marketo and Salesforce 

At Dashlane you will:  

  • Collaborate with the broader cross-functional team to support the design and execution of automated marketing programs. 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within our marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data 
  • Build and maintain standardized business dashboards, providing insights and focus across key revenue engine performance indicators related to programs such as reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return of activities and investments 
  • Help define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report findings to senior management. 
  • Work with the team in maintaining the marketing database health and compliance with regulations, including GDPR.   
  • Document and evangelize best practices and governance policies. 
  • Execute ad-hoc analysis or data pull requests 
  • Assist in solving data gaps and implementing new data pipelines 

We're also looking for: 

  • Knowledge of the SaaS business industry its relevant metrics
  • Experience working at a start-up or similar environment
  • A proactive growth mindset; coachable, but can also research and learn 
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills to optimally lead multiple projects with tight timeframes 
  • Familiar with our Martech stack (Drift, Sendoso, AdRoll, Wordpress, Terminus, Clearbit, Tableau) 
  • Experience in data and analytics including database set up and cleanup, funnel analysis, campaign return on investment analysis, pipeline reporting and insights generation 
  • Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset 
  • Effective communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams
