Urban Ladder is India's most loved home decor brand. UL is planning to expand pan-India into experience centers which will be UL’s take on offline retail. These experience centers will provide an immersive brand and product experience to help customers visualize, inspire and touch & feel our products.

We are looking for smart and driven Store Managers to assist the customers who come to the experience center to help them get a great UL brand experience. The Store Manager at Urban Ladder's first Experience Center will play a leading role in helping us lay the foundation of our first retail venture. The service at the store, the overall customer experience and store management will be part of the Store Manager's responsibilities. The Store Manager should be able to build a team of exceptional Sales Associates for his/her store, instil world-class service values in the team, ensure that the right processes are created and sustained through the growth phase. The Store Manager will also hold the major responsibility of the revenue from the store he/she manages.

Role Responsibilities
Understand and live UL's mission and values, extend the vision through the experience center and the team
Manage the daily operations at the store including customer experience, escalations, revenue and people related responsibilities
Ideate, execute and continuously work towards making the product and service experience better for our customers to ensure that the experience center consistently meets/exceeds our revenue targets and exudes our brand experience.
The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, coordinating with the Operations and Sourcing teams for inventory and product related feedback and issues
To work with the Training Team on identifying training needs and work towards building a motivated team at the experience center
* This requires working on Saturdays / Sundays
Profile Requirements
Store and people management experience is mandatory
Great command of communication / language (English + one vernacular at least) Ability to hold conversations with customers on their dream home, help them pick the right products, understand their sense of aesthetics and guide them accordingly
High energy, cheerful person + Ability to smile always despite the situation / time
Has interacted with customers in previous roles
Empathy for people and situations; highly approachable person
Honesty and transparency in communication; shows warmth in interactions
Extremely hard-working and committed to the cause / values / vision of UL
Love for beautiful homes, and all things beautiful; a love for aesthetics
