Druva is looking for a top notch Systems Engineer/Manager to join our IT team in Sunnyvale. This role will assist in managing all IT infrastructure at Druva HQ in addition to QA and Development server environments. The System Administrator will also take part in administration of key internal and cloud based applications and services.
Administration of Okta, Jira, Google Suites and other critical corporate applications and services
Administration of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
Assist in management of Druva Network Infrastructure including switches, firewalls and Aerohive WiFi.
Administration of JAMF Pro for OSX administration.
Act as tier 2 escalation point for IT Service Desk
Manage inventory of end points
Implement Monitoring for all systems and proactively conduct capacity planning.
Manage vendors and contracts.
On-prem and co-located data center operations management
Create and maintain security policies and create reports for internal and external audits.
Assist in defining SLAs and building workflows and process and procedures for Service Desk ticketing system.
Maintain security of all systems and services.
Assist with new hire on/off boarding.
Work collaboratively with distributed team of IT Administrators
Strong hands on Network configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Aerohive or other Enterprise WiFi systems.
Experience managing virtualization systems (VmWare, Proxmox, HyperV)
Experience managing G Suite or Office 365
Must be self motivated, hard working and a team player.
Experience with JAMF pro for remote OS X management.
Experience supporting Active Directory and Windows DNS, DHCP
5-8 years relevant experience
Advanced troubleshooting skills to provide Level 2 Support to Helpdesk engineers
Experience with hardware, application and operating system monitoring systems.
Experience with server room rack layout and cabling
Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.
Some experience as a team lead mentoring junior team members
Strong knowledge of security principals and best practices

Experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls
Experience with private cloud solutions such as Cloudstack or Openstack
Experience with ServiceNow or ServiceNow Express
