Job Description / Skills Required

What we expect of you:

Versatile and creative with a good understanding of concepts and pedagogy across Math and Science in the K-12 segment

Pioneer in the field of aptitude based domains like quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation etc.

Eager to create quality content and translate the same efficaciously across offline, online, application-based and classroom platforms.

The Skillset:

A passion towards English Language Learning with strong subject knowledge.

Should be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications.

Deep understanding of different curricula.

Knowledge and hands-on experience of Instructional Design principles and bite sized learning.

Prior teaching experience and/or exposure to classroom practices is mandatory.

Experience in developing EdTech solutions is mandatory.

Ability to ideate/implement different teaching pedagogies to provide a student with an enriched learning experience.

Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent English proficiency.

Your job responsibilities will include:

Participating and taking lead in creating wireframes for K12 products.

Conceptualize, structure and design learning concepts for optimum learning outcomes.

Deliver quality content including lessons, interactive games, activities and assessments across different platforms to support adaptive learning pedagogy.
