The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce CRM and the tools that integrate with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to design, develop, or modify processes and technologies to deliver operational improvements and insight. This role requires business acumen and technical expertise, as well as an ability to build strong relationships with business partners. Success in the role will require a self-starter with a passion for solving problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, VisualForce, and the Force.com platform
Ensure that documentation of Apex code, as well as application use and flow, is accurate and well-written
Design and deploy high quality, scalable code using Salesforce best practices
Work directly with Business Users to define requirements and translate those requirements into design specifications
Offer creative solutions using Apex, VisualForce and API and related technologies
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Certification
Knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud
Knowledge of Steelbrick (Salesforce CPQ)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in a SaaS environment
