90 Seconds is the world’s leading cloud video production platform, allowing brands to purchase, plan, shoot, edit and review video anywhere in the world, online and on mobile. Having just completed our Series A capital raise with Sequoia as the lead investor, we are planning for the growth and expansion of 90 Seconds globally.

We are currently looking for a Managing Director to grow our UK business rapidly while expanding into Europe in the near future.

Build and lead a team of Growth Managers, Account Managers and Success Managers across the region
Develop and launch new markets successfully in the region
Drive rapid revenue growth through increases in current accounts and securing new clients
Create pipeline visibility and predictable revenue forecasts.
Serve as member of the global leadership team

Your Main Hat

Business Development: Lead your sales team in growing direct to brand revenue
Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies and publishers
Brand Evangelist: Attend events, interview attendees, speakers, sponsors and VIP's
People Management: Build and lead a high-performing team across the region
Account Management: Lead retention and build revenue through existing accounts
Sales Management: Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM across a small sales team
Cloud Platform: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of 90 Seconds cloud platform
Content Strategy: Take creative lead with clients to develop content strategy


Our Ideal Candidate

Seasoned leader with experience running a high-growth tech business with turnover/revenue of at least $10M
Proven track record of solid revenue year-on-year growth through business development and strategic account management
Experience in setting up new regional offices is an added advantage
Extensive experience in the high-growth technology industry
Charismatic people leader with experience leading successful sales and delivery teams
Passion for taking an innovative and successful business to the next level
Extensive contacts and networks with large international brands and agencies in UK and Europe
