About the Role
SalesCloud team is responsible for converting leads, kyc & onboarding of merchants, and up-selling/cross-selling a variety of Gojek products and services to partner merchants.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with SalesCloud Tech Lead to deliver product features that enable efficient onboarding of merchant partners, as well as managing the work distribution of Sales team
- Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions
- Customise Salesforce using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practices
- Actively participate/lead walk-throughs/demos and reviews with team (as needed)
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects
What You Will Need
- At least 4yrs of experience on Salesforce platform
- Hands-on with technology and upcoming trends in Salesforce
- Able to effectively communicate with cross-functional, distributed and diverse team members
- Declarative customisation including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
- Comprehension of SFDC Data Model and Management using tools like DataLoader and SOQL
- Understanding of Salesforce security models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
- Knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc. to build custom Inbound/Outbound integrations on Salesforce platform
- Experience in Agile/XP/Scrum SDLC will be a bonus point
