About the role

The role of an Account Representative is to confidently guide customers through the life insurance buying process by educating customers on how life insurance works, which products are best suited for specific situations and to provide a world class customer experience by ensuring transparency in an industry that’s generally overly complicated, ambiguous and slow to adapt to change.

You will be responsible for sales outreach to customers that have gone through our quick and easy underwriting process and have been approved for coverage. The sales conversation includes a 'needs analysis' to understand the customer’s insurance needs, a review of recommended coverage options within that range and guidance when reviewing the policy contract so the customer can make an informed and confident buying decision. If you’re looking for a role that is responsible for shaping the future of life insurance sales and provides security for families in the event that the worst were to happen, then look no further!

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to win and overachieve, while exuding a positive attitude and energy with customers and teammates. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with exceptional communication skills, a strong passion for helping others and a drive to improve and get better each day. In this role, you will:
