In this role you will provide administrative and project management support for our Leadership team, handle extensive calendar management and travel planning for both internal and external meetings, as well as prepare and process expenses for CEO and other members of the leadership team. You will partner with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives and events as well as provide long-term planning support and scheduling activities. You will be supporting our executive leadership team and you will be reporting to our Executive Operations Manager.
Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of work experience as an executive assistant or in office management. You must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast growing technology company, and be able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness. You have experience maintaining a sense of professionalism and have used your sharp business judgment as well as your ability to see "big picture" to prioritize executive needs, while working independently, yet asking for help when necessary.
