We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to manage and build our CRM (Salesforce) to support our quickly growing business.
The ideal candidate understands that an effective Salesforce Administrator delivers solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability. We’re looking for someone who will listen to stakeholder needs, challenge assumptions when needed, and work together to build a scalable technology stack.
Things you'll be doing from Day 1:
Administration of the Salesforce environment; implement changes within SFDC to applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, flows, processes, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
Interface with stakeholders to understand feature requirements and/ or address support issues
Execute large-scale data improvement projects within our CRM and related systems
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon integrations with different systems (Outreach, Hubspot, Ironclad, Zoominfo, Gong)
Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported platforms
Support change management (release) process when new features are rolled-out
Manage other 3rd party applications that integrate into SFDC
We'd love to meet someone who:
Has 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin
Salesforce 201 certification
Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling
A strong understanding of salesforce automation (flows, processes and apex triggers)
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
Knows how to balance designing processes that meet current business needs and processes that scale
Has an ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
Has strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments but knows when to push back
