Sales Development at Tessian

We’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for Sales Development Representatives to capitalise on the huge demand for our product.

Funded by top-tier VCs, we’re building out our commercial presence in new markets and geographies and are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders and straight up hustlers to help us build something special.

This will be a launch-pad to a career in Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Operations, Marketing, or Customer Success 🚀 We've had graduates from our SDR programme progress into each of these areas at Tessian.

You will primarily support business performance through the building of a high velocity sales pipeline with an emphasis on outlining best fit accounts, building value based messaging and engaging in initial contact with key stake-holders in order to book high quality meetings for our Account Executive team.

In this role you'll get to

Learn the ins-and-outs of the business, and gain exposure to the various potential career paths you'll later choose to specialise in
Identify great-fit prospects and accounts for Tessian utilising a variety of sales tools such as Salesforce, LeadIQ + LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Proactively build creative sequencing in Outreach to engage target prospects and accounts using a multi-channel communication approach across the phone, email, social + video for both inbound and outbound leads/contacts  
Implement A/B testing to analyse and optimise Outreach results across all sequences to improve future results
Build effective relationships with as many external stakeholders that you engage with on a day to day basis
Nurture and educate accounts + contacts over extended periods of time to build interest in Tessian

We'd love to meet someone who can

Book and effectively handover high quality meetings for Account Executives to take further down the pipeline in order to support the revenue growth of the business.
Consistently carry a quota of meetings attended on a month to month basis.
Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Management, TechOps, & Customer Success
Contribute ideas to how we can keep improving our processes moving forwards
