We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, with experience in Government Partnerships, relationship building and sales, to help build and run a team of Account Managers, which will manage city relationships. This role is incredibly innovative and crucial to the growth of the company, will report to the Head of EMEA Global Policy and will work closely with leadership. 

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of high performing account managers for major cities, each requiring a different level of mentorship and guidance.
  • Refine existing and design future sales processes from ground up with a deep understanding of how to performance-manage against funnel metrics.
  • Set strategic direction for the Account Management teams to exceed our targets and maintain our strategic cities, while consistently reviewing and updating strategies as our business evolves.
  • Consistently analyze the performance of the Account Management department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to executives and senior management.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience. 
  • Preference for candidates with experience within a high growth company focused on the B2B and/or Enterprise space.
  • Passion for sales leadership, development, and mentorship.
  • Self starter and collaborative leader.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Motivated, creative thinker, able to think outside the box and pursue new solutions 
  • Self-starter, ability to own and drive priorities within your portfolio
  • Understanding of both the regulatory processes and politics involved at the state and local level; experience navigating city and state level government.
  • Experienced public speaker, comfortable communicating your message and responding to tough questions from hostile audiences- from community groups to high-ranking elected officials.
  • Ability to think on your feet- to quickly synthesize and respond to new information while also continuing to drive your priorities- both one-on-one or when presenting publicly.
  • Thorough attention to detail when analyzing regulatory language and parameters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA required, advanced degree, JD, MBA, or MPA preferred.
