We’re searching for a Supply Chain Program Manager to manage and coordinate the production of developmental modules, across multiple platforms and HW generations. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will coordinate with key stakeholders and manage the supply chain requirements and timelines to scale from prototype to production. This individual will be able to leverage their planning and Supply Chain expertise to implement critical supply chain processes and capabilities, to help Aurora scale and grow.

In this role, you will

  • Work cross-functionally to understand Vehicle Program requirements, timelines, and module production dependencies.
  • Collaborate with both Sourcing and Procurement teams, as well as HW to manage material readiness for Vehicle Fleet Builds.
  • Develop mitigation plans with cross-functional stakeholders to manage issues and risks with cross-functional stakeholders to.
  • Collaborate with GSMs to outsource internal assemblies to external suppliers, while not putting build timelines at risk.
  • Utilize analytical skills to Identify opportunities for process improvement or cost reductions.

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in areas within Supply Chain Process Improvement, New Product Innovation Program management or Demand and Supply Management experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into insight, to help drive efficiencies and improvements.
  • Strong Project Management skills and planning skills, to manage timelines, dependencies, and manage risks, to meet deliverable timelines.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and collaborate cross functionally with internal partners such as Hardware, IT Systems, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders, such as vendors.
  • Strong communication skills: able to define complex issues or major risks, as well as proposed solutions, concisely to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Legal, Program Management and Finance.
  • Tenacity in solving problems and has a “can do” attitude.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in a variety of complex manufacturing industries.
