As a qualified candidate, you are Customer Obsessed. You are passionate about building a team and assembling technologies that will enhance the day to day visual collaboration needs of Aurorans, as well as take our Company All-hands and Customer Demo’s to the next level. You thrive on building relationships with our internal stakeholders and understanding not only their needs in the moment, but their visions for the future. Delivering a great customer experience is a large part of where you derive job satisfaction. You have the vision to create initiatives that drive your team’s products and services forward in-line with the broader Company objectives, while at the same time maintaining business critical infrastructure service levels. You have a proven track-record of creating a team centric work environment that focuses on succeeding as a team and values the input of all team members.

In this role, you will

  • Elevate the relationship with the Workplace and Internal Comms teams to a strategic partner becoming an integral part of their success.
  • Lead and grow a collaborative AVVC/Event Technologies team as needs expand

  • Partner with our Workplace and People teams to create and deliver the hybrid workplace of the future.
  • Align with the strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth
  • Be accountable for all AV/VC related support tickets and ensure compliance with resolution SLA’s.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technically complex issues.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations on standardizing our global support model
  • Travel to our offices as needed as it pertains to project work
  • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance.
  • Understand what makes teams successful and what role a leader should play in that process.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of AV/Event Technology industry experience in Video Conferencing, All-Hands and Special Event Production, and System Architecture and Design.
