Job Description / Skills Required

Location: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand.
Reporting to: President APJ

Responsibilities:

The South-East Asia Territory Manager will lead Scodix sales activities in the territory (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh and more).
This role includes also full responsibility over the distributers’ management
Build the territory go to market plan and establish a solid distribution channel.
Sells through directly or via partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources or direct accounts.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts /direct accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts / direct accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Ensures partner compliance with the sales targets
Qualifications:

Proven experience in selling capital equipment in the printing industry in South East Asia with significant success record – a must.
7 years of proven experience in driving growth of new sales
Self-motivated, dynamic with a strong desire to promote new technologies in the printing industry; ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent English written, oral, communication and presentation skills
Passionate and driven to make the sale – whatever it takes; pursue prospects aggressively, and know how to qualify, develop, and close new business.
Result driven with strong follow up skills.
Experience working in multinational companies/ environments – an advantage
Ability to travel extensively within the defined territory.
Bachelor degree or equivalent
