Job Description / Skills Required

Location: Sydney, Melbourne
Reporting to: President APJ

Responsibilities:

The Australia-New Zealand Territory Manager will lead Scodix sales, marketing, product management and pre/post sales activities in the territory in full coordination with our distributor.
Build the territory go to market plan and execute it while reaching the sales targets.
Sells through via partner organizations to end users.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts / direct accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Ensures partner compliance with the sales targets.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in supporting sells of capital equipment in the printing industry in Australia + New Zealand with success record – a must.
3 years of proven experience in driving growth of new sales
Self-motivated, dynamic with a strong desire to promote new technologies in the printing industry; ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent English written, oral, communication and presentation skills
Result driven with strong follow up skills.
Experience working in multinational companies/ environments – an advantage
Ability to travel extensively within the defined territory.
Bachelor degree or equivalent
