Our Data Algorithms Team is responsible for the algorithmic core of Mintigo’s predictive marketing platform. Our platform includes a generic predictive model engine which deals with different input types and various complex user scenarios.
Our ownership ranges from innovative idea inception through POC, to its implementation within customer facing products. Development includes working with cutting edge machine learning and data manipulation techniques, deep data analysis and coding a large variance of features to deal with customer data and to meet customers needs.
Among our challenges are big data text mining/analysis as well as statistical challenges and improvement of algorithm performance and accuracy.
We are looking for an extremely talented and highly motivated Algorithm Researcher to join our team.
Model, design and implement machine learning and data mining algorithms using python packages (including Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Numpy, NLTK etc..) from POC stage through infrastructure development to a customer facing product
Perform deep data analysis to evaluate algorithm performance
Perform ongoing optimization improvements
Direct the company’s data science and AI vision
Implement R&D best practices to develop high-standard online and offline process-based code
Sc graduate with excellence – GPA of at least 90 from a leading university, or equivalent proven experience
Proven experience in algorithms development as well as theoretical knowledge of machine learning (Logistic Regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, SVD, K-Means, Word2Vec etc..)
Strong code writing and design capabilities (Python or equivalent)
Experience with big data technologies is an advantage
