The Revenue Operations & Analytics team retrieves, analyzes, and presents key performance related to data necessary to support Sales, Client Services, and Executive Management teams in order to help the company and its clients make better business decisions. Team members are experts in all internal performance and revenue metrics as well as all 3rd party vendor metrics and methodologies. Managers must develop a deep understanding of Innovid’s products and services and how they provide value and offer solutions for our client’s business needs. We are seeking someone who will help optimize processes leading to account strategy & management along with providing insights to help drive commercial value to our clients (advertisers & agencies)


Assist with revenue planning process (annual & quarterly)
Design, create & evangelize weekly, monthly & quarterly reports that enable strong management within the teams mentioned above
Work closely with senior leadership to provide on-time deliverables such as board materials & executive presentations
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to research, analyze, and identify data trends for client facing materials
Work with Sales, Account Management & Product teams to monitor and analyze campaign performance
Suggest optimization strategies where relevant & build operational processes that enable stronger performance monitoring
Go beyond retrieving and analyzing performance and/or revenue insights by combining data sources to tell a complete story
Clearly communicate the story with recommendations to internal and/or external stakeholders
Own the integrity of data across multiple systems: SalesForce, Datorama, etc.

3+ years of experience in a similar role (in digital marketing a plus)
Extensive experience with excel (pivot tables, vlookups, graphs)
Proven ability to draw actionable insights from data
Experience with SalesForce & SQL or R - a plus
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with PowerPoint
Strong self-starter & ability to work with minimal supervision (highly valuable)
Excellent communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Experience with data visualization software tools (like datorama)– a plus
Extremely high EQ & Interpersonal skills
