About The Position

As the core of the K24x7 Support Team, Client Success Specialists handle incoming support cases from Kenshoo clients and address or escalate those cases as needed. This role requires you to be a strong project manager, an exceptional written communicator, and to approach your work with an analytical, problem-solving mindset that puts Kenshoo’s clients first. Kenshoo’s K24x7 team is global, and Client Success Specialists work out of Kenshoo’s office locations to provide outstanding customer support to our extensive client list. Recent college graduates looking to start a career in online marketing or SaaS are encouraged to apply!


What You’ll Do:

Review, investigate, and answer support cases submitted by Kenshoo’s clients.
Provide practical and helpful solutions to the cases assigned to your queue.
Partner with the global K24x7 Support Team to fulfill complex requests and meet quarterly goals.
Route cases to other Client Success or Technical teams when appropriate.
Become a go-to expert in online advertising and Kenshoo’s products.
Help identify improvements to Kenshoo’s products, processes, and documentation.
Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:


Fluency in written and spoken English
Experience in customer-facing roles (experience with demanding clients is a big plus)
Demonstrated interest or experience in Search or Social marketing (internships and contract work count!)
Outstanding written communication skills and project management experience.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros...)
A natural curiosity with a desire to explore and solve complex, multifaceted problems.
A desire to grow and advance into new roles in your next company.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work standard hours with occasional ‘off hours’ (weekends, holidays, etc).
Undergraduate college degree or comparable certification experience.
Positive and outgoing attitude.
