About the Role:
Behalf is constantly growing and the Sales Team is currently looking to add a member to its Client Onboarding team in the New York HQ Office.
Exceptional candidates will have a demonstrated ability to engage in a sales consultative capacity.
Such candidates probably have performed cold calling and enjoyed it.

They like the idea of calling our customers and helping them access our tools to grow their businesses.
The Client Onboarding Analyst key focus will be to support onboarding efforts of our small business customers.
The Client Onboarding team works closely with the marketing, product, credit risk, and support teams to ensure merchant and customer needs are met quickly and effectively.
The Client Onboarding Analyst will have the opportunity to refine operational processes, implement customer acquisition strategies, and track their progress toward meeting defined growth goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Assist the customer onboarding process
*Collaborate successfully with all areas of the organization to optimize team productivity *Maintain and improve upon CRM data within Salesforce.com *Assist in gathering feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
*Ability to pick up the phone and call customer leads
*Ability to set and execute on priorities within a fun and fastpaced environment *Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal *Knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com a plus
*High ethical standards and level of integrity
This position is fulltime, located in our NYC HQ office, and reports to the Manager of the Client Onboarding team
