Mintigo is seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) to join our growing team. This position serves a critical function at Mintigo as you are responsible for managing relationships with our potential and existing enterprise clients.
At Mintigo, customer success serves as a strategic business partner to customers. This is why Mintigo customer success managers must have practitioner experience in either marketing or marketing/sales operations. Having experience working for enterprise B2B organizations is desired, but not required.
Own all facets of account management including: proof-of-concepts, onboarding, renewals & upsells, and overall customer satisfaction.
Partner closely with data analyst team to ensure the success of the initial and ongoing model execution and system integrations.
Leverage data and insights from Mintigo platform to provide consultative guidance for customers on demand generation, funnel analysis, campaign planning, and lead nurture.
Work with sales and customers to create a roadmap to ensure the achievement of our joint business goals.
Build ongoing strategic relationships with our customers’ senior business and technology contacts, helping them to realize the full value of their partnership with Mintigo.
Create and deliver regular business reviews for each customer to demonstrate the value they are receiving from Mintigo.
Develop a renewal strategy to ensure the customer is prepared and satisfied to renew on schedule, and uncover new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Proactively track customer satisfaction and metrics.
Serve as the customer voice by providing product feedback to our product team.
Bring a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude to the office and your customers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years as a marketing or marketing/sales operations practitioner.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo or Eloqua) and CRM (such as Salesforce).
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple, simultaneous customer projects and deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and proper execution of Mintigo within the customer’s environment.
Demonstrable experience engaging executives on business and technology strategy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
Professional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Enterprise customer success or account management at a high-growth SaaS technology company, ideally with marketing automation, CRM, or related SaaS applications, a very strong plus.
