Our Commercial team is growing and we will be looking for a talented and business-minded Sales professionals! You’ll identify opportunities, build significant relationships within the organization, drive and close business deals with your key accounts. You’ll be working with key decision makers and stakeholders in order to offer Signals’ value proposition. This includes coordination with multiple departments and executives at Signals as well as presentations, discussions, and negotiations with clients.
We are looking for an Independent thinker, able to see the big picture, multi-task in different teams, take initiative and get things done, excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and possess a fast learning curve
In addition to traditional sales skillsets, you will have a background in data analysis and the ability to present this data to potential clients and stakeholders.
What you will be doing...
Prospecting a defined list of companies to build a qualified pipeline
Create polished presentations and present to senior executives (C-level, VP, Directors) to effectively demonstrate your learned knowledge of Signals solution and the associated value proposition
Proactively identify and convert new leads while developing appropriate strategies to ensure successful attainment of sales quotas
Working in partnership with various internal departments to gain a true understanding of prospects’ requirements in order to win business
Acting as a true ambassador for the company
Moderate travel (to meet with customers, prospects or to attend conferences)
Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions
Effectively coordinate all aspects of the sale from start to finish and achieving sales quotas
Serving as primary contact and advisor for your clients throughout the sales cycle
Team with the pre-sales team to product demos, and Proof of Concept presentations (POC),
Prepare RFP responses; business justification in a pre-sales capacity to ensure the Signals value proposition is clearly understood
Diagnose customer pain points and use cases of interest and accordingly translate areas of interest into tangible product and service requirements
Coordinate with internal product teams to assess feasibility of configuration requests
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and how those trends are reflected in the Signals product and services
5-8 years’ experience working for a consulting company, startup technology company or in house in a sales or business development role. Continuous, substantial, and demonstrable success in enterprise sales
High energy and well-developed business acumen
Experience with innovation processes, product development, marketing strategy – an advantage
Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills
Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling to line of business executives and data analytics software
Deep and creative sales hunter skills
