Graphic Designer
Job Description / Skills Required



We are looking for a part-time graphic designer to help create compelling, engaging content in primarily digital and some print formats. We need your help to present a variety of information in digestible, consistent, insightful, and beautiful ways - making what’s technical and complicated accessible and attractive. We’re especially interested in enhancing our creativity in appealing to the digitally savvy, technically inclined DevOps audience.


Design materials spanning web content, landing pages, email templates, eBooks, product collateral, PowerPoint, social media, icons, illustrations, conference booths, web ads, and infographics

Create templates and final content for customer-facing documents, leveraging a suite of design elements and refreshing them for a more dynamic, edgy look

Create various online design elements to A/B test and optimize for conversion and engagement

Collaborate with design and marketing to expand, improve, and document the brand style guide


Awareness of the latest trends in web and graphic design, and ability to adapt these trends into our company’s brand image

A strong sense of concept development, layout composition, design principles, color theory and typography with high attention to detail

Two years’ experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop, and Illustrator, and InDesign

Familiarity with CMYK and Pantone color systems and delivering file formats suitable for printing

Ability to keep projects on track creatively and in accordance with production deadlines

Strong organization and time management skills

A positive attitude and flexibility for last-minute changes

Familiarity with designing for DevOps and/or cloud technology a huge plus

Social media marketing experience also a plus
