• Create presence on various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc. • Assist the Social Media Manager. • Develop engaging content (banners, posts, photos, video, GIFs etc.) for all the social media platforms • Analyze user engagement on website and social media platforms • Create analytics report of traffic and user engagement from all social media platforms • Help build and support new and innovative strategies in coordination with other teams • Identify current trends, trending contents, prevailing #tags etc. • Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience • Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness of our clients • Coordinate with various Team to design online advertising campaigns • Ensure timely responses to customers and follow-ups on queries and comments • Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
Graduate/ Post-Graduate in related field like Marketing Communication, Media, Advertising, Public Relations with major in Digital Marketing. SEO Certification will be added preference.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven working experience approx. 1-2 years in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist • Hands-on experience handling social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a bonus
• Creative visual ability to develop campaigns with minimal guidance • Excellent communication skills • Should have used various tools in Social Media, Google Search, Posters and Video creation, • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text and photo), presentation skills • Ability to create social posts, social contents, and videos from time to time • Experience of using social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite is desirable • Positive attitude, detail-oriented approach and customer focused • Good multitasking and organizational ability will be beneficial • Understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics will be an added advantage • Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends • Demonstrable social networking experience • Excellent written and oral command over English is a must • Should have good attitude, high ethical standards and a go-getter • A Team player with Good learning ability and implement new ideas, concepts from time to time • Take ownership, accountability and responsibility of the role and organization's requirements • Adaptable and open-minded • Good in planning, organizing and scheduling works tasks • Aspiration to grow along with the company
