About the Role
Freshworks is looking for a smart, driven Program Manager to work in the Marketing operations team to define and refine the companies marketing process. You work to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the marketing processes. You are required to perform data analysis and are capable of using CRM tools. You will define new initiatives, execute these projects and track performance metrics. These projects will span across product, sales & marketing teams. Liaise between the marketing, operations and sales functions
Analyze funnel performance and campaign performance to help the organization make improved decisions
Create, analyze, and optimize marketing processes
Monitor feedback from the marketing team to improve process and promote efficiency
Create marketing strategies based on funnel and data analysis
Help field teams enable and adopt different technologies that are a part of our technology eco system
5+ years experience in an IT product/e-commerce/SaaS company, preferably in a non-tech role
Research oriented and data-driven.
Managed multiple stakeholders - Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, Support, Product, Legal,
Worked in data analytics and operations activities
SQL Proficiency is good to have
Good written and verbal communication skills
