Our Technical Consultant is the bridge between our products and their applications with our clients and data and business objectives. In other words, you are the link between product team, customer and sales. Your goal is to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them at the customer with existing products and concepts or bringing the new requirements to product team on behalf of the customer.
This requires in-depth knowledge of our products: you are familiar with all of the details from development, service operation to the sales strategy. You must also have excellent communication skills to help you work with the customer.
- Developing solutions for customers by working out existing product solutions for data integration, service application recommendations and bringing new requirements to product team on behalf of the customer.
- Discussing the product definition, implementation, operation and clarifying issues with the customer.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations.
- Very good communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audience.
- Ability to identify requirements before the customer does and respond quickly.
- Very good communication and moderation skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Graduate/ post-graduate in computer science or any engineering degrees.
- Minimum 3 years experience in direct customer facing role.
- Experienced in client-facing project management & delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge in web/app tracking
- Demonstrate knowledge in data analytics
- Demonstrate knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, DMP, or CDP.
