Location:

Mountain View, California

Purpose
Responsible for defining North America Market roadmap, help create brand awareness and funnel for the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the assigned region to increase funnel

  • Planning, directing and coordinating marketing activities with other sub teams in marketing to increase MQLs

  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans by collaborating with sub teams to increase funnel growth

  • Work with Sales and BDRs to increase conversions from SQL to Opportunities

  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to build programs to increase SQLs

  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.m

Measures of Success

  • Increase in Funnel

  • Increase in Regional Share of voice, 

  • Increase in Regional Organic Traffic

  • Increase in conversion % across the lead funnel

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA in Marketing

  • 10+ Years of experience in Saas marketing

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Apptopia, Mixrank, Outreach

  • Knowledge of Advance Excel

  • Communication Skills

  • Functional: Ability to gauge ROI, setting up North Stars, ability to scale

  • Behavioural: Collaboration, Communication & influence, Problem solving
