Job Description / Skills Required
- Handle the OA hardware and software issues, also can provide recommendations and solutions.
- PC/laptop installation and software upgrade
- Misc of other hardware installations and repairs (Chromebox, Printer, Meeting room devices)
- Troubleshooting for any kinds of OA issues
- Inventory management and OA Procurements
- Basic security environment maintain, including Antivirus, MDM, and G-Suite Security settings
- Branch office IT support
- Minimum of 1 year of IT relevant experience.
- Experience in managing G-Suite applications, Office 365, Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, RADIUS and so on) and OA environments.
- Familiar with Windows and MacOS operation.
- Software development skill will be a big plus
- Moderate English communication and document written skills
- User-centric mindset and willing to help users
- Has the passion to learn related IT knowledge and skills.
