Designation: Vice President - Corporate Marketing
Location: Mumbai, India
Establish CleverTap as the share of voice market leader for its category by creating brand awareness of the company, the product and the customers, in the target markets.
Lead all aspects of CleverTap’s marketing across brand, corporate communication, thought leadership, social media, customer marketing, content marketing, corporate events and PR
Establish CleverTap as the best-in-its-class product through thought leadership, influencers and customers
Highlight customer success stories across various owned and third party digital channels
Collaborate with partners to strengthen joint value proposition
Own end to end responsibility for CleverTap brand representation across owned and third party properties
Target the right audience for brand awareness, interest, and consideration that eventually generate qualified leads to Sales
Work closely with other business stakeholders such as product marketing, partners, etc to build integrated marketing campaigns and support growth
Lead all corporate events like product launches, customer day etc.
Make data-driven decisions and establish effective frameworks, metrics, and strategies to inform CleverTap’s approach to thought leadership, brand and communication
12+ years of total experience in marketing with 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS
3+ years of leadership experience. Entrepreneurs welcome.
Exposure with organic, inorganic, brand and product marketing
Experience of leading teams across at least three geographies
Experience with brand building, activation and management
Experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Salesforce, etc.
