About the Role
 
Demand Growth Manager will manage a team of Growth Leads to execute solutions focused to solve business demand and growth problems. This role will provide an opportunity to greatly impact the GoFood business profitability and improvement in Gojek’s Customer experiences. With the current focus of Gojek business this year, the Demand Growth Manager needs to deliver an effective solution and manage the economics to generate positive profitability metrics to the business.
 
 

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of one of KPI related to demand and growth that leads to revenue and profitability from one of Gojek product’ business; defines the strategy and roadmap for the team to achieve it by combining multiple initiatives (e.g., content/communication, vouchers/promotion, product changes)
  • Discover growth opportunities in the business metrics and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights
  • Drives the prioritization, strategy, and focus on solutions to solve user problems
  • Validate business strategy and hypotheses through robust experimentation and statistical approach
  • Optimize and automate solutions by leveraging Data Sciences resources
  • Performing retroactive analysis of new solutions to evaluate their impact on Gojek’'s North Star Metrics
  • Proactively review the operation process in the team and act on how to drive a faster execution process
  • Present findings to senior management to drive business and take a strategic option on feature prioritization and impact analysis

What You Will Need

  • BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • End to end the problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
  • Radical Candor leadership while also a strong team player; possessing team synergy skills with a high level of passion in collaborating in a cross-functional team and can also balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Clevertap, Tableau, etc.) with good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process
  • Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core skill of our team
